I’m Justine, daughter of Dr Lim, who founded Ochilview over 30 years ago with a vision of creating a space dedicated to health, healing and wellbeing. Although my own path first led me into the world of movement and dance, it ultimately brought me back to continue the work my father began. I now feel honoured to be running the clinic and supporting others on their own journeys towards health and balance.
I am a qualified Shiatsu practitioner, a certified Shibashi Qigong instructor and hold a Diploma Certificate in Meditation Tuition.
I trained for many years as a dancer, achieving a Degree as a Dance Artist and a Diploma in Contemporary Art Practice, both of which informed my exploration of the therapeutic effects of movement and expression on the body, mind and spirit.
My journey with Tai Chi and Qigong began in 2011 while living in Yangshuo, China, where I discovered a deep passion for Qigong. I later completed my instructor training in 2015 with San Bao Martial Arts School in Scotland.
I completed my Shiatsu training at The Shiatsu School Edinburgh and The East West Shiatsu School, graduating in August 2017.
For me, training in Shiatsu became far more than learning a therapeutic skill — it opened the door to a new way of living and a deeper understanding of personal growth and wellbeing. The principles shared by both Shiatsu and Qigong continue to inspire balance, awareness and connection in everyday life.
I feel privileged to support clients as they navigate life’s challenges by offering a calm and nurturing space where they can listen to their body and receive what it needs.

60 min treatment - £50
Block of 5 treatments - £225

I have been a therapist since 2012. Before I became a therapist I struggled for years with chronic back pain. After a while I decided to learn everything I could about the human body to find out what I could do to improve my own and what I should avoid. This eventually led me down the path to becoming a therapist.
I am originally from the west coast of Ireland near the city of Galway. I moved to Scotland in 2013. When asked why I came here I often reply ‘it was for the weather’ but some at the clinic don’t completely believe me on this point!
I trained in Sports Massage and Neuromuscular Physical Therapy and since then have attended several courses in Cranial Sacral Therapy and Kinetic Chain Release amongst others. I believe it is often the patient that heals themselves and that the treatments we give simply release the healing capacity inside the person.
