I am a General Medical Practitioner and I have been working in the Camelon Medical Practice as a full time principal since 1986. I have been in my current post since completion of the General Practice Vocational Training Scheme in Falkirk and District Royal Infirmary. In September 2000, I was appointed to a two Sessional post as GP Specialist in Learning Disability for the Forth Valley area and currently chair the Learning Disability Memory Clinic.
I graduated from the University of Aberdeen Medical School in July 1983.
Born and brought up in Malaysia, I was exposed to numerous complementary therapies that have inspired me. Following the completion of my Medical Training I revived my interest in this area.
I was fortunate to be able to learn from many eminent acupuncturists in London and China, like Professor Chen from the Beijing School of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
I have been practicing Homeopathy since 1986 and my Homeopathy education included studying at the Glasgow Homeopathy Hospital.
I have been practicing Hypnosis since 1985 and currently lecture at the British Society of Medical & Dental Hypnosis.
I have been practicing Acupuncture from the same period but started my Acupuncture Clinic at Ochilview in 1990. I am a member of the British Medical Acupuncture Society and attained the Diploma in Medical Acupuncture in 1995.
My other Complementary Therapy training includes Autogenic Training in 1996 and the NLP Practitioners Certificate in 1998. I have learned much from my patients in the past 20 years of practicing Complementary Therapies and I hope I can be of help to you.

60 min treatment - £50
Block of 5 treatments - £225
I have been a therapist since 2012. Before I became a therapist I struggled for years with chronic back pain. After a while I decided to learn everything I could about the human body to find out what I could do to improve my own and what I should avoid. This eventually led me down the path to becoming a therapist.
I am originally from the west coast of Ireland near the city of Galway. I moved to Scotland in 2013. When asked why I came here I often reply ‘it was for the weather’ but some at the clinic don’t completely believe me on this point!
I trained in Sports Massage and Neuromuscular Physical Therapy and since then have attended several courses in Cranial Sacral Therapy and Kinetic Chain Release amongst others. I believe it is often the patient that heals themselves and that the treatments we give simply release the healing capacity inside the person.

holds a Diploma Certificate in Meditation Tuition.

She achieved a 1st class BA in Dance and a Diploma in Dance Studies and has since been exploring the therapeutic effect of physical movement on the body, mind and spirit. She began training in Tai Chi and Qigong in 2011 in Yangshuo China where she discovered her passion for Qigong and later completed her instructor training in 2015 with San Bao Martial Arts School in Scotland.

Justine carried out her Shiatsu training at The Shiatsu School Edinburgh and The East West Shiatsu School and graduated in August 2017.

She found Shiatsu training to be more than just learning a skill but the gateway to a new lifestyle and method of personal development. The principles common to both Shiatsu and Qigong inspire balance, personal growth and awareness in ones life and it is a joy to help others tap into this innate wisdom of the body. Justine loves supporting clients as they navigate their lives by offering a place for them to listen to their body and receive what it needs.
